Hi, I’m Brittany, the founder of Her Vitality Wellness, and I’m so excited to be part of your health and wellness journey.
My path to becoming a fitness professional started long before I became a trainer. I served 10 years in the military, where I learned the importance of discipline, strength, and resilience. But throughout my service, I also noticed a gap in the fitness industry—there was a severe lack of professionals dedicated to helping women at all stages of life, especially when it came to pre-and postnatal fitness. It became clear to me that many women needed support not just for their bodies, but for their overall well-being—mind, body, and spirit.
After transitioning from the military, I knew I wanted to create something different, something that would truly make a difference for women. That’s when I decided to open Her Vitality Wellness, a home-based studio where women could feel supported, empowered, and free from the judgment often found in traditional gym settings. I wanted to create a space where you could focus on your health and well-being without fear of being compared to others.
What sets Her Vitality Wellness apart is my holistic approach to wellness. I believe that fitness isn’t just about exercise—it’s about finding balance in every aspect of your life. From exercise and nutrition to mental well-being and stretching, I’m here to guide you in creating a healthier, more vibrant life that feels sustainable and empowering.
